5 Reasons to Detox

To put it simply -
1. Have much more energy
2. Achieve clarity of mind
3. Clear skin
4. Sweat less (you will need less deodorant!)
5. Oh yeah, you can lose a lot of weight as well (that's why its called 21 pounds in 21 days!)
For me, there is a 6th reason - and this was my number 1 reason. It allowed me to focus attention on me for a change. To make the detox diet work, I had to scheduled "me time". It started with buying and reading the book, "21 Pounds in 21 Days", and taking a couple of weeks to read it through. Throughout the diet, I had to schedule detox treatments, which effectively allowed me to pamper myself. And since the diet, I have more energy to get up earlier, which allows me to workout and juice before the kids get up. And in the evening, well I've had energy at 10pm to create and write this blog.... I wouldn't have had that clarity of mind or energy 6 weeks ago. That itself tells me that my body needed this detox.

What does your body need?
Do you need to focus on yourself?
Could you use a pampering?
