6:20am: Acai drink
Yes 130.5!! Another 1.5 lbs down. This will keep me going. I can already see my body slimming up. It’s great!!
12noon: Green drink, tea
Not much to report, just working and trying to swig back during meetings!
9:30pm: Colonics, green stuff, great workout at 9pm
Colonics went great – with Judy Charles, a lovely lady from Haiti (http://www.atcvermont.com/) who keep me talking so it wasn’t as bad as expected. Spent time with the kids when I got home so I was a bit tired at 8:30 but then I managed to do a GREAT workout – 20 mins on the elliptical , plus situps, press ups etc. got lost to music and it felt GREAT!
PS: I've stopped logging everything I'm drinking but I'm keeping to the schedule of live juices, supplement drinks and soups etc. I keep the full list in an Excel spreadsheet to keep me on track.
