YES DAY 21 – I MADE IT!!!!!!
What a feeling!
If I can do this, anyone can. Read this and get your self ready. It is worth it.
The best part is that I now feel that I have made a real lifestyle change. I know I have my work cut out for me though - sticking to an exercise, juicing, healthy foods routine won't be easy. I don't want to be a serial dieter though - this is about lifestyle for me, so I'm hoping I can work to achieve a happy balance of healthy food, exercise with some fun dinner parties, wine and life thrown in....
