Its good to see the scale trending the right way!
Busy day overall but got my workout at 9pm….its not to late to work out then!!! I need to remember that for when I’m not on the diet!!
I'm feeling good, and have lots of energy. If I think back to 1 month or even 2 weeks ago, I wouldn't have had the energy to do even a light workout at 9pm....obviously what I'm doing is good for my body!
